Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual First Shift Plant Manager in Fort Worth, Texas! The Plant Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership in optimizing plant operations, implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality. This role also involves mentoring teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, restructuring workflows, and introducing innovative strategies for quality improvements. Expertise in either plastic thermoforming or metal fabrication and effective collaboration with bilingual teams is essential.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
