We are hiring an experienced, high-performing cleaner to lead exceptional first-time and deep cleans for new clients. You will deliver visible results, build trust, gain buy-in, and help turn a great first visit into recurring service.

What you will own

• Exceptional first cleans. Complete detailed deep and initial cleans to Sparkle Haus standards.
• Client confidence. Create a professional, positive experience from arrival through the final walkthrough.
• Recurring conversion. Use your sales experience to explain the value of ongoing service and confidently ask clients to continue recurring.
• Five-step quality close. Ensure quality is present by completing our five-step system close before every deep clean is finished.
• Paperwork and follow-through. Submit complete, accurate paperwork for every qualifying deep clean.
• Limited training support. Help coach and guide team members during a small portion of your schedule.
• Career-cleaner duties. Clean residential homes, travel between clients, care for supplies, and report time and mileage accurately.

Pay and perks

• $19/hour base pay for every hour worked
• Mileage reimbursement paid separately
• Performance bonus: (Tier earnings difference after base wages and Reimbursements): based on volume multipliers/ job hours scheduled (Most DCS's make $1100-$1500+ per week!)
• $20 for every qualifying deep clean completed with all required paperwork submitted
• $30 bonus for each new client you successfully convert to recurring service at time of deep clean (closing the sale)

What you need

Professional residential cleaning and prior sales experience; reliable transportation; a valid driver's license and full coverage insurance; dependable attendance; confidence leading others; and the physical ability to perform active, detailed cleaning throughout the day.
