What Your Day Looks Like
- Clean homes, sometimes on your own, sometimes with a teammate
- Drive your own reliable vehicle from your house to client homes
- Chat with clients and make them feel welcome
- Handle physical work. Cleaning is active and on your feet
- Adjust when plans change last minute (a client cancels, a teammate calls out)
What Makes This Seat Hard
- Schedules can change fast. If you need a fixed plan every day, this isn’t for you.
- You’ll need to have tough conversations sometimes, doing the right thing matters more than just keeping everyone happy.

What You Need
- Your own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check
- Ready for physical work (cleaning, lifting, moving)
- Willing to work solo or with a teammate

- Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. No nights, no weekends
