Deep Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Altamonte Springs - FL - 32714. This position focuses on intensive, thorough cleaning services that go beyond standard cleaning, ensuring every area of our clients' properties is spotless, sanitized, and refreshed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living/work spaces
• Clean hard-to-reach and neglected areas such as baseboards, behind appliances, vents, and high surfaces
• Perform specialty cleaning tasks including carpet and upholstery care, grout cleaning, and stain removal
• Use appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment safely and effectively
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients about project progress and special requests
• Maintain cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order

Requirements:

• Previous experience in deep cleaning (residential or commercial) preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety standards
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Altamonte Springs - FL - 32714
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with carpet extraction, floor stripping, and waxing
• Training or certification in sanitation or specialty cleaning (a plus)
